Job Overview:

As an integral part of our banquet team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service during various events. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the setup, service, and breakdown of food and beverages during banquet functions.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of menu offerings to effectively communicate with guests.
  • Processing guest orders and accommodating special requests or dietary restrictions.
  • Delivering food and beverages promptly to ensure quality and satisfaction.
  • Proactively anticipating guest needs and responding with care and attention.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization of tables, buffets, and beverage stations.
  • Upholding Four Seasons' standards of excellence in service.
  • Collaborating professionally with colleagues and supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage.
  • A valid Food Handler Card and MAST Alcohol Permit upon hire.
  • A commitment to ownership of responsibilities through diligence and hard work.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous banquet experience is preferred; bartending skills are a plus.
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative team spirit.
  • A strong work ethic with a desire for continuous growth and learning.
  • The ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
