YOUR ROLE: Establish meaningful connections with your students.
Lead instructional efforts, from planning to delivering engaging and challenging lessons.

Create a vibrant, efficient, and learning-focused classroom environment that fosters significant student growth in both academic performance and leadership capabilities.

Collaborate with and support fellow educators in the classroom as you develop and refine a new middle school program, alongside weekly professional development sessions.

Provide emotional stability and support for both your students and colleagues.
Engage and communicate effectively with students' families.
Implement Teach Like a Champion techniques to ensure that routines and transitions are swift and effective.
Receive ongoing, personalized coaching from Ingenuity Prep's instructional leadership team to enhance your teaching practice.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:
Highly competitive salaries for both instructional and non-instructional roles.

Ingenuity Prep covers 100% of medical and dental premiums for employees, as well as 100% of dependent premiums and 50% of premiums for spouses or domestic partners.

Ingenuity Prep also pays 100% of employees' short and long-term disability and life insurance plans.

All staff are entitled to a minimum of two weeks of maternity/paternity leave, up to six weeks, at full pay (60% from Ingenuity Prep and the remaining pay from DC Paid Family Leave) — regardless of gender.

A 100% match up to 3% on your 401K retirement plan.
Ingenuity Prep provides a fully covered cell phone plan. You can even transfer your current number into our plan.
A MacBook Air for both professional and personal use.

SALARY:
$64,890 - $81,039 (based on 1-10 years of experience)
