Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at AC Hotel Pleasanton. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train front office staff to ensure they are providing excellent guest service and adhering to hotel standards.
  • Oversee front office operations, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and guest requests.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including complaints and compliments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
