Intelligence Operations Officer

Leidos is seeking an experienced Operations Watch Officer to contribute to a critical Intelligence Community (IC) initiative. An active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph is mandatory for consideration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support 24/7 ODNI Watch operations, engaging in 12-hour rotating shifts as required.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the DNI around the clock.
- Oversee intelligence communications using designated networks and databases.
- Generate daily situational awareness reports for senior leadership within the DNI.
- Stay informed on global events by monitoring intelligence and other government reports, as well as open-source information.
- Collaborate with IC partners to ensure awareness of significant issues relevant to ODNI leadership.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the ODNI structure and the DNI's priorities to identify matters needing executive attention.
- Notify the ODNI Front Office and leadership of noteworthy events and reports that may necessitate action.
- Manage the distribution of critical information, including but not limited to CRITICS, ETAs, and NODIS/EXDIS reports.
- Perform various duties for the ODNI Executive Support Office during off-hours as needed.
- Conduct monthly communications testing across the government.
- Handle all commercial and secure phone communications related to the ODNI Watch.
- Represent ODNI in national events and official conference calls.
- Document all activities and communications in standardized log notes.
- Act as the after-hours courier receiver for deliveries to the ODNI.
- Be prepared to mobilize to designated facilities during emergencies and execute assigned responsibilities.
- Demonstrate operational capabilities at alternate facilities upon request.
Work Schedule: This position follows a Panama Schedule with a 5-week rotating pattern: 2 weeks of day shifts (4 AM - 4 PM), 2 weeks of night shifts (4 PM - 4 AM), and 1 week of transition (8 AM - 4 PM). Weekend work is required every five weeks, with a potential 15% premium shift differential for certain hours.
Basic Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
- Proven experience in supporting 24/7 Watch operations.
- Familiarity with DNI Watch policies and ability to train others.
- Experience collaborating with one or more of the 17 IC agencies, DOS, DOD, or DOJ.
- Knowledge of All Source information, including HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, Open Source, and ELINT.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 watch environment.
- BA degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
Compensation: The pay range for this position is between $55,000 and $99,875. This range serves as a general guideline and does not guarantee compensation. Factors influencing the offer include job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
