At HDR, we're seeking a seasoned Construction Services Lead to spearhead our efforts in Indiana. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing construction management, project controls, and quality control. Your expertise will drive business development, strategic planning, and staffing initiatives, while ensuring the growth and development of our Construction Services program in the region.

As a senior-level professional, you'll serve as a Project/Construction Manager on projects, including program management and construction engineering. Your strong leadership skills and ability to interact with the design team will be invaluable in establishing client relations and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Construction management and project controls
  • Quality control and assurance
  • Business development and strategic planning
  • Staffing and project financials
  • Training and QA oversight

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in construction planning and management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with construction management software and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of construction management standards and practices
  • Experience with INDOT's Standard Specifications and Manuals
  • Business development skills and knowledge of local market
