Job Summary

HDR is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Services Lead to join our team in Indiana. As a key member of our Construction Services Group, you will be responsible for leading construction management, project controls, inspection staff supervision, and quality control.

This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills, business development expertise, and a thorough understanding of construction management standards and practices.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction planning and management, including estimating, bidding, and cost control. They will also have experience with construction management software, Microsoft Office, and Primavera.

We are looking for a team player who can work collaboratively with our design team and clients to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead construction management, project controls, inspection staff supervision, and quality control
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow HDR's Construction Services program in Indiana
  • Manage project financials, staffing, and training
  • Serve as a Project/Construction Manager on projects, including program management and construction engineering
  • Establish and maintain client relationships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction planning and management
  • Strong leadership and business development skills
  • Thorough understanding of construction management standards and practices
