About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Senior Investor Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as a point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, handling inquiries and coordinating responses. You'll also provide general administrative support to the Investor Relations team, including managing calendars, processing expenses, and coordinating with other departments.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships to effectively support the IR team and serve as the interface between stakeholders and the organization.
- Coordinate logistics for investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and corporate events, including travel arrangements, venue bookings, and material preparation.
- Drive the organization and execution of quarterly earnings calls and processes.
- Maintain and update the investor relations database with contact information, meeting details, and notes.
- Update and maintain the Investor Relations section of the company's website.
- Research and implement investor relations best-practices, including enhancing our IR website and other marketing materials.
- Work with IR vendors and manage contracts, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies in all IR activities.
- Assist with the preparation of materials for board meetings and other high-level internal meetings.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 years professional working experience.
- Previous experience in investor relations, finance, corporate communications, or an executive administrative capacity is a plus.
- Experience in planning and coordinating events, meetings, or conferences.
- Ability to manage logistics, from scheduling to execution, for investor-related events.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across the enterprise at all levels.
- Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion, particularly with sensitive financial information.
- Experience using Google Suite for email, documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.

Our estimated salary range for this role is $99,800-$124,800 USD. We're committed to providing a hybrid work environment with on-site and remote work days.
