Data Entry Assistant - Remote / Typing

Job Summary:

The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation/trade/transfer tasks for Alternate Investments. This role involves refining trade buy and sell purchases in client profiles, recognizing and fixing breaks identified between TD Ameritrade and the fund business or transfer brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer review of membership agreements or transfer requests
  • Client/Advisor account exceptions

Governing Commitments:

  • Reconciliation of Business, Returns, and Transfer Breaks
  • Reconciliation across BOS and Fund Firms
  • Assessment and analysis of applicable tax code and corrections of tax coding
  • Internal/External body augmentations or concerns
  • Source of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc
  • Providing process or technology solution alternatives to Management
  • Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Contra Company
  • Answering business partner questions regarding Fund specific requirements/eligibility
  • Providing follow-up on Substitute Investment transactions to expedite the customer request or remediate not in good order concerns
  • Prompt and accurate finalization of customer investing and returns demands
