  • Patient Data Management

    • Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to document patient interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • EMR Maintenance
    • Identify and remove records of deceased patients or those who have moved out of coverage areas, documenting accordingly.
  • Collaboration
    • Coordinate with other clinics to assist with appointment scheduling and logistics.
Requirements
  • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Adaptability when dealing with constantly changing processes, computer systems.
  • Critical thinking skill.
  • Proficient experience utilizing EMR, patient charts, Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel and Outlook.
  • Effective communication skills, both orally and written, to a variety of individuals.
  • Ability to multitask and make calls in a timely manner.
