Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience in evaluating trade performance on-site.
  • Ability to apply fundamental engineering principles to construction scenarios.
  • Skilled in visualizing project scope and foreseeing constructability challenges.
  • Experience in developing and tracking critical project schedules.
  • Ability to effectively allocate and monitor resources for maximum efficiency.
  • Judgment to seek professional advice when necessary.
  • Experience in supervising personnel and managing various aspects of construction projects.
