Key Responsibilities
  • Student Records Management: Process and maintain accurate student records, including transcripts, program changes, and data integrity.
  • Admissions Support: Review applications for completeness, assess application elements against program requirements, and process mail and digital correspondence.
  • Data Entry and Integrity: Enter and maintain accurate data in various systems, including Salesforce, Jenzabar, OnBase, and Microsoft Office.
  • FERPA Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) in all aspects of student record management.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, with 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a university or records environment, with a strong background in customer service and data management.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a for-profit educational environment, student information system experience, and proficiency in Jenzabar and Salesforce.
