Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Behavior Support Technicians to become part of our team.

All candidates will undergo an in-person screening and interview process, with necessary documentation and orientation completed on-site.

* Availability during daytime hours, specifically from 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM, is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will possess a BACB certification as a Registered Behavioral Technician. However, we welcome applicants without certification, as comprehensive training will be provided both on-site and through a remote learning platform.

Responsibilities may include offering individualized daily support, shadowing, and serving as a classroom aide for students with developmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

Clients may require assistance with classroom activities, routines, or academic tasks. Staff may also be tasked with supporting teachers in classroom responsibilities or academic assistance. In certain situations, help with personal hygiene may be necessary.

Prior experience in behavior management and/or Applied Behavior Analysis will influence the starting pay rate.

We are currently in search of Behavior Support Technicians for various local school districts.

New hires will be required to:

  • Participate in a comprehensive two-day in-person orientation
  • Complete job-specific training (including HWC, CPR/FA, ITT)
  • Pass criminal and abuse/neglect background checks

Job Type: Per Diem

Basic Staff Requirements (provided at no cost):

  • First Aid & CPR Training (attendance compensated at $50 per session)
  • Handle with Care Crisis Training (attendance compensated at $50 per session)
  • Intensive Teaching Therapy Clinic (attendance compensated at $50 per session)
  • ABA Staff - 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician Training (coursework provided at no cost)
  • DDD Staff - College of Direct Support Training (coursework provided at no cost)
  • Ongoing supervision by RBT Supervisor and BCBA
  • Provide BCaBA or BCBA supervision in compliance with BACB standards
