Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Company Controller/Accounting Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our organization. This role reports directly to the President and CFO, playing a crucial part in directing the company's financial strategy and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger management, job cost projections, and cash flow management.
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager to ensure effective billing, payroll, timekeeping, inventory management, and collections.
  • Prepare and coordinate financial reports and statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in quarterly and annual financial reporting and audit preparations.
  • Manage a small internal team and work collaboratively with various departments.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including supervisory roles.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Proficient in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks Enterprise.
  • Must obtain certification for PERC card.
