The Digital Lab Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Digital Lab Operations Team. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to manage various tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Digital Lab Team calendars and shared email boxes
  • Follow up on status updates and action items from various workstreams
  • Take notes for business function meetings
  • Create PowerPoint slides
  • Manage internal meeting room bookings and purchase orders
  • Update training materials and schedule trainings
  • Manage MS Teams access and document organization
  • Run and pull reports
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on work experience in client service, account, or response management discipline
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to manage time constraints and deadlines effectively
  • Interact effectively with multiple cross-functional team members
  • Take ownership and accountability for tasks and responsibilities
  • Open to learning new technology
Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Requirements:

Pharma industry experience, purchase order processing experience, and project management experience are preferred.
