About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to join our team at Brunswick Corporation. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and goals
  • Partner with brand leadership to develop digital strategy and executional plans
  • Develop and drive execution of digital capabilities roadmap, integrating brand marketing priorities into digital product management
  • Facilitate and nurture resilient, productive cross-functional relationships with IT, Sales, Category, and other functions
  • Maintain and increase knowledge of industry standards and best practices to stay ahead of trends and inform business decisions
  • Lead and influence the evolution of digital marketing capabilities for Brunswick
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, technology, or related field
  • 10 or more years of professional experience, inclusive of 5 or more years in marketing or customer-facing roles
  • Three or more years of professional experience with direct accountability for digital marketing activities
  • Two or more years of experience managing staff and/or outside resources
Preferred Qualifications
  • Collaborator with a track record of accomplishment in cross-functional endeavors
  • Champion of change management with demonstrated leadership of both internal and external stakeholders
  • Trustworthy with the ability to build trust through the environment created with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset with a holistic view of business and enterprise operations
