About the Role:

Brunswick Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing plans that align with overall business objectives and strategies.
  • Partner with brand leadership to develop digital strategy and executional plans.
  • Develop and drive execution of digital capabilities roadmap, integrating brand marketing priorities into digital product management.
  • Maintain and increase knowledge of industry standards and best practices to stay ahead of trends and inform business decisions specific to digital marketing.
  • Lead and influence the evolution of digital marketing capabilities for Brunswick.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, technology, or related field.
  • 10 or more years of professional experience, inclusive of 5 or more years in marketing or customer-facing roles.
  • Three or more years of professional experience with direct accountability for digital marketing activities such as website product management, social media strategy, or e-commerce.
  • Two or more years of experience managing staff and/or outside resources (agencies, freelancers, consultants).

  • Champion of change management - demonstrated leadership of both internal and external stakeholders through change and transition by leading through their own behaviors.
  • Trustworthy - builds trust through the environment they create with cross-functional teams & stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset - operates with a holistic view of business and enterprise operations, which enables effective decision-making, ability to prioritize work, & proactively address opportunities.
