We are looking for an experienced Server to join our dynamic team at Yardbird DC

Your Role:

You will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. This includes taking orders accurately, managing tables efficiently, and anticipating special requests and preferences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
  • Take accurate and efficient orders, communicating effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery.
  • Anticipate special requests and preferences, tailoring your service to meet each guest's unique needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Server in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails, with certification preferred.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and safely throughout the restaurant.
