Crossroads Treatment Centers is a leading provider of outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for patients with opioid use disorder (OUD). We are seeking a skilled Dosing Nurse to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication to patients according to medical provider orders
  • Coordinate care with clinical and medical staff for continuity of patient care
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation, including assessing for impairment
  • Ensure medication count is accurate and completed daily
Requirements:
  • Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse License issued in the state in which they will be practicing or a multi-state compact status license
  • 3+ years of nursing experience preferred
  • Strong phlebotomy skills, experience drawing blood on collapsed veins is a plus
  • Active and current CPR or BLS certification preferred

Our nursing team enjoys an early morning schedule with early afternoon out times. It is expected for all nursing team members to participate in our Saturday rotation. The frequency of this rotation is determined by the current staff count.

Expected hours for this role are 37-40 hours per week with few opportunities for overtime. The position offers a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, variety of 401K options, annual continuing education allowance, life insurance, short/long term disability, paid maternity/paternity leave, and mental health day.
