Job Overview:

Highbridge Consulting LLC is in search of a seasoned AI Business Analyst to evaluate and draft business requirement documents (BRD) aimed at assisting in the development of a centralized Enterprise AI Risk Management System. This initiative is designed to align with AI regulatory standards and internal governance protocols.

The envisioned System will encompass a variety of components, including but not limited to, AI inventory oversight, comprehensive AI Risk Management throughout its lifecycle—spanning initiation, development, validation, deployment, monitoring, change management, and retirement.

The System serves as the governance framework to ensure ethical AI development and utilization.

As an AI Business Analyst, your role will involve staying informed about evolving AI regulatory standards (such as the EU AI Act) and collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) within the organization to ensure that AI applications are accurately documented and that associated risks are effectively evaluated and mitigated on a global scale.

The implementation of the System will follow a phased approach, which includes, but is not limited to,

  • Architectural design
  • Global AI inventory creation and ongoing maintenance, including the conversion of existing AI/model inventories
  • Governance functions for AI/models (e.g., model submission, validation, approval, and assessment of AI use cases, including data privacy, security, and intellectual property)
  • Tracking and reporting functionalities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive gap analyses and propose optimal, scalable solutions by effectively utilizing existing resources (including platforms, systems, and SMEs) to minimize redundant efforts.
  • Lead and manage individual work streams related to Responsible AI development and usage globally, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that regulatory and internal governance requirements are clearly communicated, aligned, and documented.
  • Ensure that System functionalities—including GUI design and the logical flow of governance requirements such as request submission, review, approval, post-launch monitoring, issue escalation, and reporting—are accurately represented in the BRD; work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Test the System during and after development to confirm that all functions are integrated properly and operate as intended; document all tests, outcomes, and critical stakeholder decisions along with their rationale.
  • Communicate any bugs or potential design/scalability issues identified during development and testing phases to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner, assisting engineers and product managers in resolving these issues promptly.
  • Proactively manage the project and play a crucial role in ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications:

  • An advanced degree (bachelor's or master's) in a relevant field such as business, management, or management of information systems.
  • Extensive experience as a technical writer with a proven track record in large-scale system development.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning features/data and AI/model lifecycle risk management.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in Generative AI and AI regulatory changes, translating them into actionable insights for the organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey business objectives, challenges, findings, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Operate with a sense of urgency and an ownership mindset, delivering outstanding results both independently and within a team setting.
  • A passionate fast learner with the ability to research, learn, and apply advanced technical and non-technical skills related to AI/models.
