Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture and fixtures.
  • Remove trash and recyclables from guest rooms and public areas.
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping carts and equipment.
  • Participate in deep cleaning and disinfection of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to push and pull housekeeping carts and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
