We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at The Mayflower Hotel Autograph Collection. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies.
  • Enter guest rooms, replace amenities, and ensure all appliances are in working order.
  • Make beds, fold linens, and clean bathrooms.
  • Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items.
  • Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming and dusting.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart over sloping and uneven surfaces.
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight.
