Key Responsibilities- Support the Sr. Sourcing Manager in executing our sourcing strategy, including managing vendor contracts and costs for critical materials.
- Develop cost estimates based on forecasted volumes and collaborate closely with the Operations and Commercial teams to bring new items to life.
- Ensure operational efficiency is balanced with cost-saving opportunities.
- Interact with the operations managers and logistics team to ensure accurate forecasting of material usage and consistent supply.
- Report on usage vs. contract commitments or forecast for all critical materials.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operational Management, Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably at a Food, Beverage, or CPG company.
- Strong sense of urgency with ability to prioritize effectively and drive for results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Computer Skills: Computer literacy and experience with internet, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills and Power BI.
- Language Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.
- Annual Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000
- Bonus Pay: Up to 5% of Annual Salary
