Strategic Account Manager

About the Role
AristaMD is seeking a skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a trusted advisor and key contact for our strategic clients' clinical practices, you will drive the successful adoption of our clinical services by aligning client needs with our company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, clinical staff, and decision-makers
- Execute provider engagement strategies that promote provider adoption of AristaMD's clinical services and products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to meet specific client needs and optimize clinical outcomes
- Monitor and analyze clinical performance metrics and data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and present regular reports and performance reviews to clients, highlighting key achievements and actionable insights
Requirements
- Fluency in global risk primary care
- Qualified Clinician (i.e, Nurse Practitioner)
- Demonstrated success in clinical behavior modification
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, public health, or a related field. A Master's degree or higher qualification is preferred
- Experience with clinical program implementation, management, and evaluation is highly desirable
