About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Verge Mobile. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and selling T-Mobile products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Sell T-Mobile products and services, including wireless plans, devices, and accessories.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and move around the store as needed.
