Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service and support to our patients and customers. As a Part Time Retail Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors to our dispensary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and customers
  • Assist patients with medical marijuana needs and provide guidance on product selection
  • Process transactions and manage cash handling
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Two years of direct customer service experience required
  • Retail experience a strong plus
  • Experience with Point-of-Sales systems
  • Understanding of and experience with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Outlook
