- Support operational leaders with HR functions such as employee performance evaluations, policy clarification, terminations, and disciplinary measures.

- Manage case handling for disability and medical leave requests.

- Maintain precise employee records and payroll data, generating necessary reports.

- Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, and regulations.
- Expertise in high-volume recruitment and sourcing, especially in field operations.
- Experience in small to medium-sized enterprises.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent business insight and negotiation capabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at managing people-related matters in alignment with the organization’s core values.
- High ethical standards, diligence, and a strong sense of accountability.
- Highly organized, capable of working independently, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Strong analytical abilities to utilize data for informed decision-making.
- Willingness to travel to various sites as required (40%-50% of the time).
- Experience in the Gathering/Exploration Energy sector is advantageous.
