About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Support Professional to join our team at Southeast Primary Care.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time opportunity for a medical support professional to work closely with our primary care physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with a wide range of tasks, including scheduling appointments, taking vital signs, and preparing patients for exams.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an accredited medical assistant certification program at time of hire (with certification), or within 180 days of employment.
  • A medical assistant certification (maintain MA and CPR certifications).
  • Experience in a medical office setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to excellence and a willingness to learn and grow.
