Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain common areas, lobbies, elevators, stairways, and other areas of the property according to established cleaning procedures
- Perform regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as required
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Assist with move-in and move-out cleaning and inspections
- Notify management of any maintenance or cleaning issues that require attention
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of cleaning and/or maintenance experience
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 55 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings if required
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
