Role Overview:
The Client Service Representative is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, representing the organization effectively, and managing the daily operations of the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and compassionately.
- Accurately prepare and review documents and medical records.
- Inform and guide clients about the services and practices of the Veterinary Specialty Hospital.
- Handle appointments, emergencies, and client inquiries while ensuring optimal care and satisfaction.
- Process admissions and discharges accurately; schedule follow-up appointments as needed.
- Manage invoices and payments with precision.
- Maintain and update client and pet records in compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as scanning, faxing, and emailing.
Schedule: Per Diem client care representatives are expected to work two shifts each month.
Candidate Profile:
Ideal candidates will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients alike. They should support team objectives and respond appropriately to the concerns of others.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of Windows-based computer applications, proven communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Additionally, the candidate should be able to identify when to seek guidance in client-related situations where standard protocols may not apply.
