Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our Hotline Service Center by receiving calls from individuals, preparing reports of information received, and assisting with client support duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and input client forms into our databases.
  • Interview and engage each caller, accurately capturing the conversation with a written report.
  • Assist with routine metric reports.
  • Monitor and respond to client support emails.
  • Manage client contract folders for documentation accuracy.
  • Provide client support and training for our hotline reporting system.
  • Create and manage client support files.

Requirements:
  • Associate degree required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Word) is essential.
  • Strong English writing and editing skills are necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience is desired.
  • Conversational fluency in Spanish and ability to accurately translate incoming hotline calls from Spanish-speaking callers is an asset.

What We Offer: A competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
