Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Safety and Quality Control: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and standards, and maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and respond to risk factors throughout the life of a project.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction superintendent role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of construction operations and processes, proficient with construction-related software programs, and ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Qualifications: Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles, excellent organizational and time-management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, and strong safety record.
