Compensation: $19.50/hr to $24.50/hr based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all service requests as they are received
  • Update customer records with new information
  • Prepare service contract proposals for prospective clients
  • Oversee maintenance agreements, including billing, scheduling, and material staging
  • Procure parts for special orders
  • Follow up on pending and suggested work with clients and technicians
