Job Summary:

The Customer Service Coordinator is a key member of the Splicing & Test Equipment Service team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with product service requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of warranty, billing, and general service concerns.
  • Product Service Requests: Generate and process product service requests for North American licensed AFL Splicing & Test Equipment, ensuring accurate serial number control and prioritization of requests.
  • Administrative Support: Facilitate and process requisition requests, perform filing, invoicing, and supply replenishment tasks as needed.
  • Environmental, Health & Safety: Understand and adhere to AFL's environmental, health, and safety policies, promoting a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or associate's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred, with a focus on initiative and a desire to grow.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate or higher user of MS Office required, with experience with Oracle R12 preferred.
  • Language: Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Working Conditions:
  • Environment: Manufacturing and office environment, with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, as needed.
