Job Title: Installation Coordinator

Company: Elite Flooring & Design

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Installation Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Installation Manager to schedule new installations, communicate with flooring installers and internal staff, and ensure timely completion of jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling installations and assigning installers to jobs
  • Follow-up with flooring installers and service techs throughout the day
  • Communicate with all parties involved the status of jobs on the schedule
  • Review jobs to ensure the correct labor amount is being paid, research discrepancies
  • Maintain order status daily and update the system with pertinent information
  • Work to maintain strong relationships with our installer base

Requirements:

  • Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Sense of urgency and follow-through to complete tasks on time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Detail and process-oriented
  • Ability to read and interpret floorplans, selections, and specifications
  • Bilingual a must
