Job Title: Seasonal Customer Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Customer Care Specialist to join our team during the holiday season. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and ensuring accurate data entry.

Responsibilities:
  • Enter orders received via fax, mail, or email into our order entry system.
  • Transcribe hard copy paper orders accurately into the system.
  • Receive calls from customers who are ready to place their orders during the busy holiday season.
  • Accurately enter the customers order while speaking with them on the phone.
  • Assist customers in selecting items, answering questions, and placing orders with friendliness and professionalism.
  • Handle returns, issue credits, and resolve customer complaints.
  • Be part of our team-wide commitment to accuracy by double-checking orders that have been entered by others.
  • Use the resources provided to answer customer questions, and dont worryno memorization required.

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of customer service/data entry experience.
  • Prior experience in Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skillsbeing friendly and helpful is a must.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, especially during the holiday rush.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to enter data efficiently and correctly.
Work Schedule:

Seasonal role, available until the end of 2024. Some overtime during peak holiday periods resulting in holiday bonuses.

Pay Details:

$16.00 to $18.00 per hour
