Job Summary

Earn an estimated $65,000 to $80,000 annually as a Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor with Femco, Inc. in the multifamily industry.

This role oversees maintenance operations, ensuring facilities are well-maintained and staff is managed effectively.

You will supervise daily activities, perform routine inspections, complete work orders, lead preventative maintenance programs, and maintain records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance tasks and staff schedules.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues and necessary repairs.
  • Process and complete work orders efficiently.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and completed work.
  • Respond to resident concerns with professionalism and urgency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Train and mentor maintenance team members.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Lead Maintenance Technician in multifamily housing.
  • Must participate in on-call rotations for nights/weekends.
  • Universal EPA Certification is required.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to lead teams and communicate effectively with residents and staff.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
