Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Multifamily Maintenance Operations Specialist to join our team at Asset Living. In this role, you will be responsible for providing maintenance support functions across multiple locations within a designated region.

Main Responsibilities

This key position will involve performing technical and mechanical work to ensure the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of assigned properties meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

  • Traveling Between Properties: You will travel between properties within a designated region as assigned to assist with make-readies, work orders, curb appeal, cap ex projects, etc.
  • Completing Work Orders: You will complete assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service, as well as preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
  • Prioritizing Tasks: You will prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Maintaining Safety Standards: You will maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations, and reporting any accidents or incidents promptly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • EPA Certifications: EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
  • Certifications and Licenses: All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
  • Flexibility and Availability: Ability to have flexibility with working schedule based on business and deadline needs.
  • Reliability and Attendance: Consistent, regular and in person attendance during regular working hours at the workplace is required.
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
