We are seeking an experienced Applied Behavior Analyst to join our team at Fairclough Behavior Services.

As an Autism Specialist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality services that meet the unique needs of each child.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will possess a Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligibility for certification, experience working with children with developmental disabilities, particularly autism, and a strong understanding of behavioral principles and techniques used in applied behavior analysis.

You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized behavior intervention plans, providing direct behavioral therapy services, collecting and analyzing data on client progress, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with developmental disabilities, particularly autism and special needs.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, implementing evidence-based strategies and techniques.
  • Collect and analyze data on client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as educators and speech therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians or other staff members involved in client treatment.
  • Provide support and guidance to families of clients, offering resources and strategies for managing challenging behaviors.
Requirements
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligibility for certification.
  • Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
  • Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral principles and techniques used in applied behavior analysis.
  • Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including mileage reimbursement, professional development assistance, referral program, flexible schedule, paid time off, health insurance, and more.

Location

This position requires relocation to Duluth, GA before starting work. Occasional travel may be required up to 25% of the time.
