  • We are seeking a compassionate and patient Behavior Technician to join our team.

About the Role

">

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Requirements

">
  • Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team environment.
  • Passionate about helping children with autism.
  • Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test (if you haven't had one in the last year).
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Ability to move in various positions (sit, stand, bend, etc.) and lift up to 50 pounds.
