About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

This is a center-based position working with children and their families. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing ABA treatment plans, conducting skills and behavioral assessments, and collaborating with other professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of ABA Treatment Plans for Clients
  • Supervision of RBTs on ABA Procedures Implementation
  • Progress Reports for Clients
  • Skills and Behavioral Assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.)
  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration with Service Professionals (SLP, OT, PT, School Teachers)
Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification Required
  • Desire to Work with Children, Parents, and Other Professionals
