Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Disability Travel Coordinator to support our Intellectual Property practice in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating lawyer travel arrangements, processing new client/new matter and conflict search requests, and managing lawyer expenses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate lawyer travel arrangements, including air, hotel, and car reservations
  • Process new client/new matter and conflict search requests using the firm's InTapp application
  • Manage lawyer expenses utilizing the firm's Chrome River application
  • Assist with CLE registration, including obtaining approval, registering, calendaring, and processing payment
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to our lawyers and clients

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of Intellectual Property Patent Prosecution experience required
  • Some experience in IP patent litigation required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working with lawyers in international legal practices
  • Self-starter with flexibility to work overtime as needed
