Accountable for overseeing clinical operations within designated practice environments to guarantee the provision of safe, high-quality patient care, enhanced patient satisfaction, timely access to services, and optimal patient flow.


  • Facilitates the delivery and management of patient care while ensuring adherence to physician directives and established protocols,
procedures, and standards of practice.

  • Ensures adherence to organizational and regulatory policies and procedures for designated clinical practice areas. Contributes to
organizational objectives and strategic initiatives.

  • Collaborates with management and physicians to design, implement, and assess care delivery models aimed at improving patient outcomes.
  • Guarantees the consistent application of evidence-based practice standards that align with current national trends in outpatient
nursing care.

Qualifications:
Education/Training

Bachelor of Science in Nursing is mandatory.

Licensure/Certification

  • Maintains a current State of Florida RN license or a valid eNLC multistate RN license.
  • Holds current BLS certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NALS, or TNCC may be required based on specialty area.
Experience

A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a registered nurse in either an acute care or outpatient setting.
