Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse inventory to ensure a steady supply chain.
  • Review and authorize invoices from both internal and external sources.
  • Engage with external partners to rectify shipment discrepancies.
  • Handle damage and loss claims with the responsible parties for prompt resolution.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers regarding supply chain matters.
  • Evaluate inventory on hold.
  • Conduct audits of warehouse, freight, and customs invoices.
  • Solicit quotations for rework as necessary.
  • Reconcile inventory and maintain the inventory management system on a daily basis.
  • Perform quarterly inventory counts and generate variance reports.
  • Facilitate communication between engineering, sales, and customers.
  • Achieve departmental and organizational objectives by taking ownership of your role and exploring additional avenues for enhancing the position.
  • Undertake other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a relevant area.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and demands.
  • Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, including reading and writing, is advantageous.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be proactive, results-driven, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
