About Deraaff Capital and Raven3 Home Buyers

We are a rapidly growing institution in the financial services industry, and we are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our highly productive and skilled lending team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the loan process from origination to close, ensuring compliance with current lending policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Order property and loan documentation, including appraisals, inspections, title searches, site surveys, contracts, and property tax records, to facilitate mortgage loan processing.
  • Liaise with the mortgage lending underwriting department, mortgage loan originators, real estate agents, and applicants to ensure smooth loan approval.
  • Prepare and submit detailed loan packages to the lender underwriting department for approval or denial.
  • Collect and verify necessary financial documentation, such as credit reports, to complete mortgage loan applications and determine creditworthiness.
  • Interview prospective loan applicants and assist them in finding the best loan products for their needs.

Qualifications:

  • FHA, FHLB, FNMA, or VA loan product knowledge and mortgage lending experience are required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing is required.
  • Superb analytical skills, time management skills, and attention to detail are necessary.
  • An Accounting, Finance, or Business Associate's degree is preferred, but a High School Diploma or GED is required.

Compensation: $75,000
