Job Title: Recovery Coach

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Coach to join our team at Clementine Twin Lakes. As a Recovery Coach, you will play a key role in supporting our clients on their journey towards recovery from eating disorders and other mental health challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group support to clients, helping them develop healthy coping mechanisms and strategies for managing their mental health.
  • Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Develop and lead therapeutic groups, focusing on topics such as self-esteem, body image, and emotional regulation.
  • Conduct regular rounds and observations to monitor client progress and provide feedback to the treatment team.
  • Assist with food preparation and meal planning, modeling healthy eating habits for clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as psychology, counseling, or social work.
  • At least one year of experience working in a mental health or addiction treatment setting.
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and other members of the treatment team.
