As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, promoting our services through social media, and attending community events.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional and personalized service to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote our services and products.
- Attend community events and represent iCRYO Clifton Park in a professional and positive manner.
- Continuously educate yourself on our products and services to provide expert recommendations to guests.
- Work collaboratively with the Center Manager and team to identify and solve problems, set expectations, and complete daily tasks.
- Ability to work a minimum of 20-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
- Exceptional time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multi-task.
- Strong customer service skills, motivated, and respectful, with a demonstrated ability to be coached by management.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers, managers, and customers.
- Understanding of sales goals and operations processes.
- Computer knowledge, including point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Office, and scheduling systems.
- Ability to pass a number of iCRYO service exams following initial training.
