Job Title: Technical Writer

As a Technical Writer at Vaco, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation for our cloud-based solutions. Your expertise in cloud technologies will be essential in developing user-friendly documentation that meets the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and API guides, to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Simplify complex technical information for various audiences, including developers, product managers, and customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Utilize your cloud expertise to document cloud services and architecture, ensuring that our customers have the necessary information to successfully implement our solutions.
  • Review and update existing documentation to keep it current and relevant.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of technical writing experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, DITA, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
