Job Title: eCommerce Specialist

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and solution-driven eCommerce Specialist to support our Retail eCommerce business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Sales Manager with path to purchase activities, such as gathering sales data, tracking promotions, and assisting with retail partner communication.
  • Manage product listings in retail partner portals, ensuring content meets retailer standards and compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain, audit, and optimize product content across retailer platforms, using SEO best practices to enhance visibility, search rankings, and conversions.
  • Work on channel mapping within Salsify to ensure seamless product data syndication across retail partner sites.
  • Assist in executing promotional campaigns, updating product pricing, and tracking sales data.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, retail sales coordination, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, content management systems, and strong Excel skills.
