Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Documenting product failure trends and serviceability concerns, ensuring precise information and record-keeping.
  • Meeting customer needs through efficient and accurate maintenance, whether in the field, shop, or on-site.
  • Maintaining all technical documentation, including Field Service Reports and Expense Reports.
  • Exhibiting strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring the optimal performance of assigned equipment.
  • Contributing to the overall performance metrics of the branch or district.
About You: Skills & Qualifications

This role involves direct customer interaction and requires adherence to specific customer policies, which may include health and safety protocols.

Do you possess the following qualifications?

  • A High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • A basic understanding of internet environments and the ability to complete required training programs.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record for travel purposes.
  • Willingness to obtain necessary security clearances for customer site access.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active for extended periods.
