About the Role

Ackermann Group is seeking a highly skilled Investor Relations Manager to support our capital raising strategy and maintain best-in-class investor relations.

This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our investors throughout their entire lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance our investor relations function by identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for inbound investor calls, ensuring a personalized and responsive experience.
  • Coordinate, produce, and disseminate investor communications, including quarterly reports and capital calls.
  • Lead quarterly investor calls, presentation materials, and follow-up.
  • Schedule investor meetings, events, and other engagement activities to strengthen investor relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing on insightful content for investor communications.
  • Lead the organization and updates of the investor database, ensuring all investor information is current and accessible.
  • Assist in executing the company's capital raise strategy, from due diligence to investor onboarding.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in institutional financial customer service, private equity fund management, investor relations, or fundraising.
  • Knowledge of real estate investments, private equity, or financial services is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in investor relations, internal sales support, or real estate capital markets.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation development.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and design software.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate future trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and a passion for private equity and real estate.
